Designing new innovative in-car experiences for Ford


Delivering validated ideas mapped to features for future experiences


In a competitive automotive market in China, there was a growing need to innovate outside of owner apps.

In-car experience was increasingly important to customers. Through collaboration with Ford, I led a few design sprints to ideate & validate ideas for in-vehicle experiences.


Employing the design thinking methodology, I planned short sprints that took into account business requirements and worked with Ford and our designers to brainstorm innoative ideas that were validated and presented for executive alignment.
