Managing Rhinitis through a personalised WeChat mini-program


J&J wanted to revamp their platform that seeks to help users with nose allergies & rhinitis. 

I led a strategy and two senior designers to craft the strategy after doing consumer, competitor & market analysis. 

I wanted personalization to be a big part of the work that we do with J&J, especially as a tool for users to track their symptoms. 

With this direction, I led the team to design the user experience and the visuals, working with the developers to ensure that the designs were successfully translated in development.
